150th Celebration and Family Fun Day
Entry Period. Entries will be accepted at the Bank History Tent in Veterans Memorial Park, Griswold, Connecticut, on July 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Eligibility. This prize drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. A winner does not have to be a Jewett City Savings Bank customer. Employees of Jewett City Savings Bank and immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse) and persons living in the same household of any such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Prize. One (1) cash prize of $150.00. Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
Entry and Winner Selection. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the prize. To enter, complete an entry form and place it into the prize drawing entry box located inside the Bank History Tent. Only one entry form per person will be accepted. At the conclusion of the entry period, one (1) entry form will be drawn at random from the forms placed into the entry box. The winner will be notified by telephone according to the contact information provided on the entry form. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entry forms received during the entry period and other factors. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these official rules, does not provide sufficient contact information, or does not claim the prize by October 31, 2023, the prize will be forfeited.

Entry Period. Entries will be accepted at the following bank offices during the dates specified:
- Plainfield – 48 Norwich Road, Plainfield, Connecticut – 4/24/23 through 4/28/23
- Dayville – 560 Hartford Pike, Dayville, Connecticut – 5/1/23 through 5/5/23
- Jewett City – 111 Main Street, Jewett City, Connecticut – 6/19/23 through 6/23/23
- Brooklyn – 490 Providence Road, Brooklyn, Connecticut – 7/24/23 through 7/28/23
- Putnam – 233A Kennedy Drive, Putnam, Connecticut – 8/28/23 through 9/1/23
- Pawcatuck – 46 West Broad Street, Pawcatuck, Connecticut – 9/18/23 through 9/22/23
- Preston – 353 Route 165, Preston, Connecticut – 11/13/23 through 11/17/23

In addition, one (1) cash grand prize of $1,500.00 will be awarded from all entries received at all offices during the entry periods. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prizes in this prize drawing are the responsibility of each winner.

To enter, complete an entry form and place it into the prize drawing entry box located inside the lobby of the bank’s office during the entry period listed above. Only one entry form per person per day will be accepted.
- $150.00 Cash Prize. At the conclusion of each entry period listed above, one (1) entry form will be drawn at random from the forms placed into an entry box. An entrant may win only one (1) $150.00 cash prize from any bank office listed above, but will remain eligible for the grand prize. Each winner will be notified by telephone according to the information provided on the entry form. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entry forms received during the entry period and other factors. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these official rules, or does not claim the prize by January 31, 2024, the prize will be forfeited.
- $1,500.00 Cash Grand Prize. In December 2023, one entry form will be drawn at random from all of the forms that were placed into entry boxes during the entry periods. The winner will be notified by telephone according to the information provided on the entry form. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entry forms received during the entry periods and other factors. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these official rules, or does not claim the grand prize by January 31, 2024, the prize will be forfeited.
