Eligibility. This prize drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. A winner does not have to be a Jewett City Savings Bank customer. Employees of Jewett City Savings Bank and immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse) and persons living in the same household of an employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Prizes. The prizes awarded are four (4) $50.00 and one (1) $500.00 Stop & Shop gift cards. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prizes in this prize drawing are the responsibility of each winner. Entry and winner selection. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the prizes awarded in this prize drawing. To enter, visit the bank’s Dayville location (560 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT 06241) during the entry period and place a completed entry form into the prize drawing box located inside the lobby of the Dayville location. Only one entry form per person per day will be accepted. At the end of the entry period, five entry forms will be drawn at random from all of the forms submitted during the entry period. The $500 gift card winner will be drawn first, followed by the four $50 gift cards. An entrant may win only one prize. Each winner will be notified by telephone according to the information provided on the entry form. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entry forms received during the entry period and other factors. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these official rules, or does not claim the prize by June 30, 2025, the prize will be forfeited.
